Estates:

We often receive calls for items in homes to be appraised as part of settling an estate. A quick visit to the residents and taking some photos is followed with research and compiling a listing of values of the items. We provide a sealed document with all of our estate appraisals. 

 

Commercial Appraisals:

Whether you are restructuring, financing or for any other reason you require your business appraised we are happy to help. Amanda specializes in heavy equipment but all other businesses can be appraised. She is happy to arrange this outside of work hours to ensure no disruption to your daily operations and to maintain confidentiality.  

Firearms: 

We are proud to offer appraisals of your firearms collections and hunting/fishing items. Appraisals are done by our Certified Personal Property Appraiser on staff and can be as simple as bringing in your firearms for us to see or we can come to your home and complete the appraisal there.

With prices starting at $20 per firearm or based on hourly rates for high volumes, appraisal is a very inexpensive way to be sure that you know the fair market value of your firearms. This is especially helpful for insurance riders, sales or for estate planning. Knowing your value is essential in these cases and a written, sealed appraisal by a certified appraiser is often required.

We are happy to handle your appraisal with complete confidentiality at all times.

Vehicles:

We can provide appraisals for vehicles for insurance and estate purposes. Many older vehicles require an appraisal before insurance can be bound on them and we are happy to help! Please note we  cannot appraise for the MTO but can refer you to a business that can.
